After earning a degree in Architecture with a minor in Interior Design from Cal Poly Pomona, Cesi reevaluated her career options.  While she’s always had a passion for homes, she initially intended to forge a professional path as an architect; a career opportunity with a highly respected home builder changed her course and helped initiate her career as a successful real estate agent. While working with various home builders, Cesi gained tremendous knowledge and experience working closely with top advertising companies and design/staging companies to attract buyers to various new home communities.  During her career in new home sales, Cesi learned to provide superior customer service and was extensively trained in negotiation, marketing, and home-staging skills.  Cesi has also attained several distinguished designations and certifications which connotes a higher level of experience, education, and accountability.

Delfina was born and raised in beautiful Southern California. She received degrees from both CSUSB and University of Redlands. She resides in the Rancho Santa Margarita area with her husband and two girls where she loves to volunteer with her daughters cheer, music and Girl Scout activities. Derek Dunn has has been a licensed REALTOR for more than 8 years and has been with Keller Williams for 5 Years and he is the Team Leader of The Derek Dunn Team. Tami started selling real estate in 1999. She initially began training on a team preparing purchase and sale contracts, obtaining listings, and preparing investor market analysis. Soon after she started purchasing and managing her own investment properties. With her father being in the building industry, she would either keep a property as a rental or would remodel it and flip the property. She has held her real estate license in Nevada, Washington State, and California.

As an independent real estate agent she coordinates with home buyers, sellers, and investors, to attain their short term and long term goals. Tami provides real estate investment analysis, research and present home comparables. Preparing listing and sales contracts are an important aspect of her profession.

Tami is actively involved in the design of her marketing materials and liaison with photographers, home inspectors, appraisers, lenders , and escrow companies for optimal results for her clients. She personally accompanies buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising clients on the suitability and value of homes they are visiting.

Tami has extensive experience in both resale and new construction home sales. Offering her home staging expertise has led to excellent customer rapport and successful closings.

She has served on Keller Williams Agent Leadership Counsel from 2006-2008. During which she taught a continuous class on new home construction. I moved to California in 1998. I have been a Mission Viejo Resident for over 23 years. During this time I have gathered an extensive knowledge about all the Orange County cities.
